BIOGRAPHY

Jessica Babridge is from the Detroit, Michigan metropolitan area.  She began her work in community development and affordable housing in 2016 as an attorney for the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (“MSHDA”), the Michigan state housing finance agency, which issues bonds and allocates low income housing tax credits for affordable housing projects in Michigan statewide. During her time at MSHDA, Jessica focused her work on the acquisition, construction and financing of a large scale public housing redevelopment in Detroit, Michigan.  Jessica currently works at Reno & Cavanaugh, PLLC where her practice focuses primarily on affordable housing development.
