BIOGRAPHY

Sharon Bollers serves as Director of Lending at Enterprise Community Loan Fund the CDFI arm under Enterprise Community Partners where she covers the DC Metro, Chicago, Detroit and Cleveland markets. She is responsible components of Enterprise Community Loan Fund’s loan origination and capital deployment including lending goals for BIPOC-led developers through Enterprise’s Equity Path Forward initiative…

Ms. Bollers joined Enterprise Community Loan Fund (ECLF) as a Senior Loan Officer in December 2016.  Her current role involves working with partners to build a pipeline of projects in such asset classes as affordable housing, community facilities, and commercial developments with the primary goal of generating loan activity.  Her primary responsibilities entails managing the due diligence, underwriting, and structuring of financing products and portfolios in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast Region and Ohio. Prior to joining ECLF, she served as a Portfolio Management Officer at Bank of America for over eight years.  While at Bank of America she managed a portfolio of over 30 clients with revenues ranging from $50 million to $2 billion and underwrote deals averaging $20 to $150 million.  Her primary focus was on not-for-profit clients, political organizations, unions and education clients for which she served as the Bank’s Southeast region’s subject matter expert.  Ms. Bollers has a B.A. in Banking and Finance from Lincoln University, PA and a joint MBA/Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland.
